Returns & Exchanges
Because all our products are custom-made on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please check our size guides on website (within each product info section) carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the correct item, we are happy to replace it! Please contact us at HSSMerch2026@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • A description of the issue
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If a shipping carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, or if it is unclaimed, it will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
